Frontier Stove - a portable solution

This handy little stove was originally designed for use in the humanitarian aid world, but quickly gained its popularity in the camping world. Folding design and light weight makes this woodburner easily transportable and Frontier makes a perfect cooking and heating solution for trips to the great outdoors.

The stove with 5 pieces of flue weights only 10kg, its 3 sturdy legs easily fold down, and the flue pieces can be stored inside the belly of the stove. It even has a carry handle and as an optional accessory it is possible to purchase a carry bag. The stove can be set up in just a minute! 

Frontier is an ideal alternative to gas camping stoves - and you can usually find plenty of sticks laying around to get the fire going! 

The long flue makes it possible to install the stove in a tent, yurt or any other reasonable fireproof space, meaning you can stay warm camping all year round, and you can cook on it too. Although I only used this stove for outdoors cooking, I have seen some nice indoor installations.

As cooking goes, it takes some time to get the stovetop to the right temperature, but as soon as it is reached, the stove will stay hot for a long time.
